Stall Booking Help!

All You Need To Know About Booking A Stall With Bearsted & Thurnham Carnival & Fayre

1) Go to the Bearsted & Thurnham Fayre Home Page

2) Then click “Book a Pitch” in the main menu.

3) Then click on “Make an Enquiry

4) Fill in your details about your stall and pitch.

5) This will then send an e-mail to our Stalls Administrator. They will then e-mail you back with a decision about your pitch application. If successful this will include a link to make your booking.

6) When booking a pitch online, please make sure you fill in all the information that is needed. The booking will not be successful if you do not do this.

7) This includes uploading your Public Liability Insurance. If you are selling food or using a gas supply you must also upload your Food Hygiene Certificate & Gas Safe Risk Assessment.

8) Please NOW check all your information is correct.

9) You will then be asked to pay via card payment or BACS. You can pay with a debit or credit card. If you have selected to pay by BACS, the bank details will be sent to you via e-mail.

Please Note: We no longer take cash in hand, cheques or PayPal. 

11) If you are paying via BACS, you need to do this within 2 days of booking. Otherwise your stall booking may be cancelled.

12) You should then receive a confirmation e-mail with your pitch booking information.

12) You have now successfully booked a pitch for Bearsted & Thurnham Carinval & Fayre! Further details will be sent out nearer the event.
